Online Stretch and Bake Workshop

What’s not to love! It combines two of our most favourite activities, Yoga + Baking. You’ll make an easy and delicious gluten free cake with an expert guidance from us. And you get to relax with a mindful yoga session while the cake is baking! Oh, and you’ll get to eat your cake at the end. No baking or yoga experience required!

Online Inspire Your Self Yoga Workshop

Dive deeper into your soul and find out your inmost desires and dreams! This Workshop will combine a writing session, music and yoga, with a super cosy relaxation at the end. You’ll get your creative juices flowing with this workshop! You don’t need writing or yoga experience. We believe that everyone can be creative and it’s all about training and tuning into your creative muscles!

Online Get Your Balance Back Mindfulness & Yoga Retreat

Saturday 24th July 9am – 3pm

This 1 day at home weekend yoga retreat runs between 9am and 3pm, with a break for lunch and a nap in the middle. It will include yoga sessions, mindfulness sessions and also a mindful baking session. It will give you tools and techniques to take with you to lead a more balanced and relaxed life.

Mindfulness Meditation Transformation Course

Start Date: Monday 7th June 6.30pm-8:45pm for 8 consecutive Mondays plus ‘Gift’ retreat Day on Saturday 24th July 9am – 3pm

The 8 week programme is an evidence based model of teaching mindful meditation. The aim is to help you become fully present for yourself and your life.  This programme has clinical evidence for supporting the reduction of anxiety, stress, negative eating habits, lack of focus and depression. It offers a great way to implement mindfulness helping you transform your life into joy, calm and resilience.

The course comprises of 8 weeks of 2 hour 15 minute sessions plus on week 7 the ‘Gift Day’  – this is a 6 hour online retreat that helps imbed the learnings of the course. Each session starts with a short Yoga session which can be adapted to any ability including the use of Chair Yoga.

Each week, you will grow your ability to meditate, practice yoga and become mindful – it is a skill and needs practice and anyone can do it. We start gently and with compassion but with commitment.
You will receive 3 weekly, complimentary on line yoga & an extra meditation evening classes throughout each week plus the 6 hour retreat – Gift Day on week 7. We will also provide weekly guided meditation recordings and weekly 20 minute Yoga session recordings to help your self practice.

Cost: £265 including 60 day free yoga pass worth £80
Duration: 8*2 hour 15 min plus 6 hour retreat day

I have enjoyed the sessions on mindfulness with Zach, learning more about what it is and understanding how I can use it to find a bit of space in my busy everyday life. It complements what I practice in yoga. I particularly enjoyed the group sessions learning with and from others.
