This inclusive class is suitable for all levels – students who are completely new to yoga and also experienced yogis. It’s a dynamic but gentle class with a strong emphasis on breath, getting out of your head and a complete relaxation at the end.

Tuesday Online Mindfulness
Learn ways of becoming self-aware through Mindfulness Meditation practice. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners. Be prepared to gain new insights into the inner workings of your mind.

Thursday Online Morning Yoga
Start the day with an early morning 30 minutes of Yoga. this is a gentle flowing class designed to energise and bring focus to your day.
