This inclusive class is suitable for all levels – students who are completely new to yoga and also experienced yogis. It’s a dynamic but gentle class with a strong emphasis on breath, getting out of your head and a complete relaxation at the end.

I have been doing yoga with Gosia throughout the whole of lockdown. Friday night’s chilled session and the stronger, slightly more challenging Saturday morning one. Perfect combination. Gosia is a wonderful instructor, her positive and thoughtful personality shine through as she guides you through your practice.  Her instructions are clear and calm and she manages to make the classes fun as well as touching on the deeper and more meaningful side of yoga. Her classes are such a lovely tonic and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
